FAQs
How does the process work?
Once we begin karaoke, we'll display a QR Code on both included HD screens. Guests scan our QR Code to connect to our karaoke software and browse through the available songs, as well as brush up on the lyrics. Once a song has been selected, the guest can add it along with the name(s) of the singer(s) to our queue. Your DJ/MC will monitor the queue and coordinate the fun by calling up the next singer(s) and announcing who should be getting ready to go after.
What if no one wants to sing or there is a lull?
Your DJ/MC will transition back to dance floor music and periodically invite guests to participate in karaoke. We'll always do our best to encourage your guests to join in the fun!
I'm not a very confident singer, are there backing vocals?
Most of the songs available have backing vocals and/or lead vocal tracks. We can adjust the volume of these individual tracks to create the appropriate mix of your vocals and theirs during a performance.
